    • Between 4 and 6 tablespoons of sugar.

    1. We pour the tablespoon of Moorish tea into the teapot , to which we add 100 ml of water previously boiled in another container. We let it rest and discard the water to clean the tea balls .     2. We add between 4 and 6 tablespoons of sugar to the drained tea, depending on your taste, and also add 400 ml of boiling water. Place over medium heat until it starts to boil.
    3. Add the mint leaves and heat it again for two or three more minutes so that it takes on flavor. Before it starts to boil, remove it and leave it aside for 3 more minutes.
    4. Finally, we will take a glass and fill it with the contents of the teapot and return it to it three times. This way you will get the Moorish tea to oxygenate and the sediments to go to the bottom.

    What plants are used for typical Moroccan tea?
